ORACLE Programmer/Developer

VISTA Technology Services (VISTA) is looking for a Software Programmer/Developer in the McLean, VA area to develop, maintain, update, and enhance web-based database applications in support of the Department of Defense and other government agencies.

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
* 5+ years of programming expertise with Oracle web application development with PL/SQL web toolkit, PL/SQL stored procedures based code development, advance SQL query skills and JavaScript Frameworks
* 5 years of related work experience in DOD Manpower systems
* Experience with enterprise Oracle database implementations including Oracle 11g, 12c stored procedures, Packages, and Oracle database objects
* Oracle 11g PL/SQL developer Certified Associate or Oracle 11g Data certified Associate

Strong problem solving and oral and written communication skills are essential. CompTIA Security+ certification is a plus.

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and be able to be granted a security clearance.
