Incumbent(s) will support and draft program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives. Support the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, contract awards, agreements, and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA). Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards. Incumbent will be responsible for utilizing business and technical methodologies to provide support of hardware, software and service acquisition and life cycle management and will participates in meetings and supports specified IPT.

Junior Acquisition Specialist
Associates degree and 2 years of experience in business or technical position

Mid Acquisition Specialist
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Business or Management and 6 yrs experience or in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree, an Associate’s Degree and 10 yrs experience or a total of 14 yrs experience is required.

Sr. Acquisition Specialist
Master’s Degree in Administration, Business or Management and 10 yrs experience or in lieu of Masters, a Bachelors and 14 yrs experience is required.

Experience related to weapon systems acquisition, including logistics, research and development, configuration management or systems analysis/design. Demonstrated knowledge in one or more of the following areas: program management, systems engineering, system acquisition, financial management, test and evaluation or integrated logistics support. Demonstrated knowledge, and/or familiarity with the DoD and SECNAV 5000 acquisition series, Federal and DoD acquisition regulations and PPBE process. Has demonstrated knowledge in one or more of the following areas: system acquisition, acquisition documentation, configuration management, risk analysis and Government furnished equipment (GFE) or Government furnished information (GFI.)

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will research, analyze and track weapons programs throughout their acquisition life cycle; monitor critical events such as program schedule, milestones, technical performance, funding, and documentation; evaluate system performance and program tasks for applicability to operational requirements; draft and process flight clearance recommendations as required; assist program managers with developing, reviewing and processing Statements of Work, Procurement Initial Documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists, Flight Clearances, and other program documentation; participate and/or facilitate program meetings to include Program Management Reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings, Critical Design Reviews, Flight Certification Reviews, and Integration Program Meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Aeronautical engineering from an accredited college or university, along with five (5) years of experience is desired. A Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering or a technical discipline with three (3) years’ experience is preferred. Knowledge of F/A-18 aircraft weapon systems integration is desired. This position requires a self-starter who requires limited oversight. Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Acquisition and Naval Aviation engineering experience is a plus. Knowledge of Airworthiness and Flight Clearance Process is desired. Proficiency with MS Office Suite to include MS Project is required. Familiarity with NAVAIR engineering process, disciplines and policies are preferred.

HVAC Service Mechanic will provide troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing HVAC equipment including pneumatic and electrical control systems.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Five years’ experience in performing maintenance and repair operations pertaining to medium to large, complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems;
• Experience and knowledge of roof top units; heat pumps and electrical control systems experience;
• Ability to diagnose causes of equipment breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassembles and assembles parts, and repair equipment and associated components.
• Ability to comply with company and job specific safety rules and regulations.
• Current plumbing license issued by the State of Maryland preferred
