ISR Mission Capacity Lead
VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Mission Capacity Lead. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will provide lead a team of professionals responsible for overseeing the Mission Capacity component of the Army’s Installation Status Report program, which focuses on leading indicators related to an Army installation’s mission support capability and the ability to meet mission requirements.

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities also include dealing with the areas of sustainability, natural resource capacity and master planning. As the ISR MC lead, this person will work closely with providing ISR support to Directorate of Public Works personnel at the installation level. Conduct communities of practice and participate in other process improvement activities to improve the quality of metrics and processes.  Possesses experience with facilities, installation support, and real property issues and budgeting, strong analytical skills, and computer literacy (database and spreadsheet) within HQDA and DoD organizations.  

Job Qualifications

• Five years of Sustainability or Natural Resource Capacity or Federal Master Planning experience
• Two of the previous five years must be in Installation management (Directorate of Public Works (DPW) & Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobility, and Security (DPTMS), or other DoD equivalent)
• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College or University
• Proficient in MS Office Suites
