VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking ISR Services Cost Professional. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will lead a team of professionals responsible for overseeing the ISR-S (Cost) component of the Army’s Installation Status Report program, which provides cost data that when combined with ISR Services quality ratings, determines the expected cost for Base Operations Support (BOS) services performed at Army installations worldwide.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities also include the development of cost parameters and providing support to the Resource Management community. Conduct communities of practice and participate in other process improvement activities to improve the quality of metrics and processes. Possesses experience with managing Base Operations Services, installation support, and budgeting; maintains strong analytical skills, and computer literacy (database and spreadsheet). Experienced with Army services financial management and the ISR-Services Performance and Cost modules.
Job Qualifications
- Five years of Financial Management, Accounting, Budgeting, Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution System, or DoD Payroll
- Two of the previous five years must be in Installation management resource management, G8 or DoD
- Financial Management, Finance, Economics, or Accounting Bachelor’s Degree
- DoD Financial Management, Certified Defense Financial Management (CDFM), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
