VISTA Technology Services, Inc. is currently seeking a Real Property Project Manager in Washington DC. The successful candidate wil be part of a highly professional, results-orientated company. The Project Manager will be the on-site expert real property policy advisor to the government program manager. The incumbent will oversee the condition assessment work and certify the field information.
Experience:
The Project Manager must have a background of facilities engineering to include a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in their field of expertise.
Education:
BS degree in Architecture or a facilities engineering discipline (e.g. Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)
Exceptions to Education:
Project Manager must have 15 years' experience in lieu of Bachelor Degree in their field of expertise. There will be no exception or equivalency for experience.
