IT Functional Area Expert – Facility Assessment Support (FAS)   

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an IT Functional Area Expert on the Facility Assessment Support (FAS) program in the Northern Virginia area. The selected candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented team supporting analysis of Army installations and facilities. Successful candidates will have the following preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College or University
• Five years’ experience in Public Works Management or Resource Management
• Five years’ experience with DoD Real Property Information Systems; analyzing facility standards, data management, collection and reporting
• Verifiable MS Access Experience
• Oracle 11g Certified Associate
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
• US Citizenship is required
