ISR Services Analyst
VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking ISR Services Analysts. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will work with a team of professionals in managing and implementing the ISR computer system. ISR-S (Performance) component of the Army’s Installation Status Report program, which measures and communicates the quality of the Base Operations Support (BOS) services performed at Army installations worldwide.

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities also include development of performance metrics and providing support to HQDA Resource Management and installation-level Plans, Analysis, and Integration Office (PAIO) personnel. Conduct communities of practice and participate in other process improvement activities to improve the quality of metrics and processes.

Job Qualifications

• Three to five years of Performance Metric Development and Data Analysis
• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College or University
• Proficient in MS Office Suites
