Senior Program Analyst (170123)  

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst  in Lexington Park, Maryland. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will provide the following support to the F/A-18 and EA-18 Electronic Attack Systems (EAS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) including:

• Program management, acquisition and analytical support, including cost, schedule and performance of the products. This position embraces the entire product life cycle and will require close coordination with other team leads, competency members, test community, industry, Fleet representatives, OPNAV sponsors, ASN and OSD action officers.
• Assist in managing the EAS IPT's asset tracking system(s), including tracking program milestone events.
•  Provide organizational support for the team such as organizing and participating in program, engineering and technical meetings, preparing meeting minutes, capturing and tracking action items, and providing inputs to budget and spend plans.

Required skills and Qualifications:
 

•  A minimum of four years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline. Included in the four years must be at least two years of professional experience in technical efforts supporting major weapons systems and components development. Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of software tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is required.
    
• A Bachelor's degree is required. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree and four years of experience in addition to that which is listed below is required; or an additional six years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
