Senior Program Analyst (170124)

 

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst in Lexington Park, MD. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will provide the following support:

• Performs critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provides recommendations to ensure program success.
• Provides program analysis support for all aspects of the program.
• Knowledge in security assessment and accreditation requirements through DIACAP guidelines and standards.
• Familiar with the System Security Plan (SSP), detailed in NIST Special Publication 800-18, Security Measures, detailed in NIST SP 800-55, and Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) program, detailed in NIST SP 800-50.
• Participates as a member of and/or supports the overall Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.
• Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.

Required skills and Qualifications:

• At least ten (10) years’ experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management as specified in the DOD 5000 series is required.
• The desired experience includes familiarity with SECNAV, OPNAV,and OSD forms related to PPBE, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work Requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List, DD254, and demonstrated experience in program/project status, earned value management and schedules.
• Master’s Degree and 10 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree and 13 years or no Degree with 18 years of relevant industry experience.
