VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a mid-level Testing & Evaluation Engineer/Program Analyst (T&E Analyst) at the Navy Yard in Washington DC.

Description:

Looking for mid-level (5 years or so) test and evaluation program analyst to work with PMS420 T&E team – government, GS, and contract support. T&E analyst will also work with the T&E stakeholder community, resource sponsors, Fleet representatives, and others across the T&E enterprise. Primary location for the support in WNY with travel expected to Fleet concentration areas, warfare centers, and other locations in support of meetings, conferences, and T&E events. T&E analyst needs experience supporting a program office with T&E, an understanding of developmental testing, and in a dynamic scheduling environment. The support analyst is expected to represent PMS420 interests, write reports, manage T&E events and schedules, facilitate meetings, take meeting highlights/action items and drive actions to closure.
