Billeting Manager

VISTA Technology Services (VISTA) is seeking a Billeting Manager in Bagram, Afghanistan.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assign rooms as per SOP, ensuring hand receipt (HR) for room is accurate and signed by the occupant upon check in
• Provide weekly status of Billeting fill rates and room assignments 
• Collect and maintain weekly status of billeting metrics 
• Attend weekly customer meetings to report on billeting vacancies and upcoming requests
• Ensure there are clean linens on hand at all times.
• Fold and bag linens in sets for distribution to personnel 
• Ensure cleanliness of transient billeting cans; clean rooms as needed
• Provide oversight for items that need to be maintained in the billeting cans (lights, furniture, and plumbing); if there is an issues with any item in the room, create report following SOP.

Position Qualifications:

• 12 years of total experience or 8 years of specialized experience
• Strong communication (written and oral) skills
• Strong organizational skills

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and be able to be granted a security clearance.
