VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Schedule and Risk Analyst in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be a mid-level Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) analyst with expert skills using MS Project to support complex analysis of a NAVSEA Foreign Military Sale (FMS) project management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support for development plans, including budgets and schedules to meet contractual and project requirements for an assigned portion of a new ship construction program.
• Conduct program plan studies.
• Participate in establishing and defining program plan requirements.
• Coordinate interdepartmental development of program plans and interface with vendors and customers, as required.
• Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
• Collect, monitor and disseminate risk data for all phases of the program. Inform program management on the likelihood and consequences of known risks.
• Analyze risks for schedule and cost impacts.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years’ experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and risk analysis
• Experience with data collection and analysis, to include analytical problem-solving methodologies, for example Monte Carlo analysis outputs
• Proficiency with MS Project management software
• Ability to collaborate and work in a highly functional team environment
• Active Secret clearance
• BA or BS degree, preferred

Additional Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, a plus
• Experience using with Oracle’s Primavera P6 or Deltek’s Open Plan Professional (OPP) project management software
• Experience supporting U.S. Navy new ship construction projects
