VISTA Technology Services Inc. is seeking a recruiter to join our HR team in McLean, VA. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will undertake full lifecycle recruiting including organic vacancies and contingent hires to support the proposal and business development.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the day to day full cycle recruitment efforts for all requisitions including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and required pre-hire checks
Collaborate with senior managers to maximize organizational staffing and recruiting objectives
Develop recruitment plans and search strategies to identify potential candidates to build a network and maintain candidate connections for future opportunities 
Evaluate qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using ApplicantStack ATS, public job boards, and employee referrals
Conduct initial candidate screening interviews to discuss vacancy details, evaluate skill set, technical abilities, job responsibilities and overall fit for the position
Develop and execute recruiting plans in addition to assisting with on-boarding new candidates and other related HR duties. 

Qualifications:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a government contracting environment
Experience in full utilization of Internet-based job boards and web-based networking, social media sites, and applicant tracking system(s)
Experience recruiting for acquisition, program management, and logistics professionals in a defense contracting organization
Working knowledge of general HR laws including hiring laws and regulations.
Knowledge of contingent hiring for government request for proposals preferred
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills to manage to recruit against tight deadlines
Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
Excellent oral and written communication skills utilizing MS Office products
