NAVY Technical Analyst

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Navy PMO Technical Analyst in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will provide the following support:

• Work with Navy shipboard command, control, and communications equipment operations and integration

• Assess technical, programmatic and operational requirements against potential and existing materiel solutions

• Coordinate and follow-through with Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPB&E) process

• Work across stakeholder and product area communities to ensure risk, risk mitigations and emergent tasks are managed within schedule and budget

• Facilitate meetings, capture highlights and action items, and direct on-site client support as required

• Draft briefing materials and track technical products/budgets in Excel
  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experienced Technical Analyst

• 8+ years of experience as Technical Analyst

• Experience in the Fleet, Navy homeports, or Field activities with shipboard communication

• Competent with MS Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Must be able to draft briefing materials and track technical products/budgets in Excel

• Experience with Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPB&E) process

• Good communication and organizational skills to be able to work and coordinate with multiple program office personalities

• Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team

• Associates or above degree in Engineering or related field

• Defense Acquisition/ DAU classes are a plus

• Active Secret clearance
