Principal Acquisition Analyst/Program Lead
VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Principal Acquisition Analyst Lead to work in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will provide extensive acquisition expertise and services in the area of acquisition and operational planning, technical and financial management and will be accountable for shipboard acquisitions.

Position Responsibilities

• Review acquisition plans for contract award dates and production lead-times to ensure GFE delivery date deadlines are met.
• Develop Acquisition Milestone Charts based on PARM acquisition plans.
• Provide technical expertise with development and preparation of SPD Part I & III.
• Prepare acquisition documents such as Statement of Work (SOW) and purchase requests utilizing Navy ERP system.
• Provide technical analysis based on changes to configuration baselines, shipbuilding profiles, shipbuilding contracts and ship production schedules.
• Identify and work with customer on delays impacting production schedules.
• Maintain customer relational database with up to date information pertaining to acquisition and delivery of GFE
• 10 years DoD/Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management
• 10 years professional experience in program/project management in DOD or Navy acquisition
• Must be capable of leading a project and interfacing with an end item customer

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Business, Accounting, Finance, IT, Economics, Statistics preferred), plus 12 yrs related experience.
• Program Management Certification (PMP) and/or DAWIA certification(s)
