Sr Acquisition Analyst
VISTA Technology Services (VISTA) is looking for a Sr Level Acquisition Analyst to support a Navy Rapid Acquisition Program in Washington DC. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results oriented company and will support the Government program manager in the comprehensive development of RFPs.

Position Requirements

Assist the Government program or project manager in the comprehensive development of RFPs including providing technical input on contractual documentation and pre-award documentation.
Apply knowledge of the defense acquisition process in the analysis and improvement of acquisition process, policy, and procedures.
Use quantitative analytical techniques to assess system acquisition process issues and develop risk reduction or mitigation approaches for improving acquisition or program planning, control, and execution.

Position Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with acquisition and program planning.
• Government PEO or large-scale acquisition program office experience.
• BA or BS degree required
• Superior customer interface with senior levels of management, demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, the ability to plan and organize work, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint are required.
• Experience in Rapid Acquisition Programs
