Master Planner
VISTA is currently seeking a Master Planner in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will provide facility and installation support services to the Army Materiel Command (AMC).

Position Responsibilities

• Assist in the management, administration and execution of the Army Materiel Command (AMC) facility and installation support services.
• Provide technical assistance in editing and updating Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS) facility requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of RPLANS, General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP), Installation Status report (ISR), and Headquarters Installation Information System (HQIIS) data.
• Manage RPLANS and ISR users and roles for the Army’s industrial installations.
• Provide analytical products related to installation real property assets, facility requirements and facility condition.
• Conduct on-site training at industrial installations on RPLANS.

Position Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with military facilities requirements analysis.
• Experience updating Army related business systems and databases such as RPLANS or ASIP.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of software tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
