ISR Systems Lead 
VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking an ISR Systems Lead. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will lead a team of professionals in managing and implementing the ISR computer system.

Job Requirements:
Responsible for performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users in ISR and real property areas of operation and processes. Also responsible for developing and presenting system designs for user approval at formal reviews, performing configuration management, integrating software, interpreting software test results, and recommending solutions for unsatisfactory test results. Must be knowledgeable in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management. Must be able to provide solutions to identified software problem reports. Will ensure that the ISR system remains compliant with the OSD Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) Acquire-to-Retire Process. Responsible for performing annual analysis of the BEA business processes, data structure, data elements, requirements definition and data mapping in support of the consolidation of Army-wide source systems.

Job Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing or maintaining an Information System or other DoD equivalent 
• Two years of installation management as Chief Information Officer (CIO)/G6, Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) or other DoD equivalent
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Security+, or Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC)
• Computer Science, Computer Engineering Degree, Cyber Security, or Computer Information Systems Bachelor’s Degree
