VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Supply Support and Outfitting Analyst in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will provide technical support services to a NAVSEA new build ship program office in the execution of program and project logistics and supply outfitting management. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Navy logistics professional with shipyard and pre-commissioning unit experience in the outfitting of new construction surface combatants.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Navy acquisition logistics for complex platforms consisting of a system of systems
• Experience with US Navy ships and shipboard systems in providing acquisition logistics services and lifecycle sustainment
• Experience in logistics acquisition for new construction and fleet introduction of Naval Ships to include design changes, ship alterations and identification of how these alterations affect logistics acquisition support
• Knowledge of the DoD and US Navy logistics acquisition process, including regulations, directives, and statutes, the Navy’s application of the DoD acquisition process, such as contracting and sea trials, and key naval ship acquisition roles and organizations
• Experience with US Navy logistics acquisition support programs:
  •     Military Standard Requisitioning & Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP)
  •     Program Support Data (PSD) Automated Reporting and Tracking System (PARTS)
  •     Navy Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS)
  •     Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD)
  •     Allowance Equipage Lists (AEL)
  •     Allowance Parts Lists (APL)
  •     Real-time Outfitting Management Information System (ROMIS)
  •     Outfitting Requisition Control and Accounting System (ORCAS)
  •     Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Formal education and/or training in DoD acquisition programs and processes
• Active Secret clearance
• BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Naval shipyard and ship construction and Pre-Commissioning Unit experience
• Experience with US Navy Foreign Military Sales programs
