SYSTEMS ANALYST

VISTA Technology Services (VISTA) has an immediate opening for a Systems Analyst in support of the Army Installation Status Report (ASIP) in McLean, Virginia.

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise, data analysis, and planning support to the client
• Use and maintain a database to store and organize data
• Work with the ASIP application to create reports, prepare updates and analyze data for various users at Headquarters Department of the Army, Land Holding commands and installations.
• Assist the ASIP Help Desk function with researching and responding to questions and issues from ASIP users at all levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree and 3+ years related work experience required
• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Suite of software applications
• Experience with Army installation management, force structure systems, and DoD data sources
• Applicant must be a U.S. citizen and have an active SECRET security clearance
• Project Management Institute Professional (PMP), a plus
