Program Support Assistant
VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Program Support Assistant in Philadelphia, PA responsible for Integrated Logistics Support performing a variety of program support tasks, as related to supporting Hull, Machinery, and Electrical (HM&E) Systems and Equipment.
Position Requirements
- Provide Metrics as required to support the DLA-339 and ESRS programs. These metrics shall be tracked monthly and reflect work completed.
- Process inbound technical drawings for cataloging into the Naval\Shipyard Engineering Drawing Repository (NSEDR) by reviewing proprietary information and disseminating on a need to know basis.
- Perform quality assurance reviews in the NSEDR database to check for errors and to be certain the drawings are cataloged properly, using photo editing software as needed to touch up drawings to make them more legible.
- Liaise with provisioning personnel in checking the NSEDR database and as needed provide drawings.
Position Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED desired. Related experience will be considered
- Two (2) years’ experience using spreadsheet and word processing software
