Naval Training Analyst
VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Naval Training Analyst in Washington, DC. We are looking for an experienced naval training management professional with expertise in individual sailor training pipelines and pre-commissioning unit crew familiarization and shipboard training.
Responsibilities:
- Support Requirements Training Front End Analysis, Training Assessment, Program and Development and the design, development, execution and assessment of a training program for foreign naval personnel.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years professional experience in training Front End Analysis (FEA) and experience designing and implementing training programs for surface combatant sailors in the operation and maintenance of ships and shipboard systems to include tactical trainers and crew familiarization
- Experience developing training IAW with NAVEDTRA 136, Integrated Learning Environment Course Development and Life-Cycle Maintenance method
- Experience in adapting curriculum and development of training programs for English as a Second Language (ESL) for foreign naval students
- Experience with Instructional Design, Adult Learning theory Application, e-Learning and Instructor Led Training
- Active Secret clearance
- BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Naval ship construction and Pre-Commissioning Unit training and crew familiarization experience
- Experience with US Navy Foreign Military Sales training programs
