VISTA Technology Services is seeking a Billeting Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both permanent and transient billeting in Bagram, Afghanistan. The Billeting Manage duties and responsibilities will include:
Permanent Billeting Duties:
Assign rooms as per Permanent Billeting SOP, ensuring hand receipt (HR) for room is accurate and signed by the occupant upon check in; provide copy of signed HR to occupant
Upon check out, physically check condition of room to ensure satisfactory condition and return of key;
Transient Billeting Duties:
Assign rooms as per the Transient Billeting SOP, ensuring HR for room is accurate and signed by occupant upon check in; provide copy of signed HR to occupant
Upon check out, physically check condition of room to ensure satisfactory condition and return of key
Reporting:
Provide weekly status of Transient Billeting fill rates and room assignments
Collect and maintain weekly status of IC billeting metrics
Attend weekly Logistics Meeting to report on billeting vacancies and upcoming requests.
Maintain SharePoint files regarding billeting documents and metrics.
Other:
Responsible for issuing and maintaining all permanent and Transient billeting room key; account and replace as required.
Collect and clean all soiled linens utilizing the Garrison Laundry Points or Billeting Manager laundry cans.
Ensure there are clean linens on hand at all times
Ensure cleanliness of transient billeting cans; clean rooms as needed
Provide oversight for items that need to be maintained in the billeting cans (lights, furniture, and plumbing);

Qualifications

Secret Clearance Required
Eight (8) years' experience in Logistics and/or Billeting Management
Six years' of specialized Billeting experience
