Sr. Systems/Data Analyst (Alternate Program Manager)

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) has an immediate opening for a Sr. Systems/Data Analyst (Alternate Program Manager) in support of the Army Stationing & Installation Plan (ASIP) in the Northern Virginia area. This is a salaried position with full, immediate benefits shown in detail below.

Job Summary:

This position is part of a team supporting the data analysis and integration of Army installation management and force structure systems. Daily responsibilities require a analytical person who can translate customer requirements, query Oracle databases, develop reports and assist users by phone with manpower related inquiries. Candidates will work closely with a highly professional, results oriented team of subject matter experts and system developers as well as interacting with client and end users. Candidate may assist the Program Manager with additional PM tasking with the opportunity to grow into more management responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree in Management, Science, Information Management
• 5+ years of demonstrated or related work experience with data analysis and integration
• 5+ years managing government contracts working with DOD data services and systems
• Experience with SQL queries and Oracle.  FoxPro experience is a plus.

Desired Qualification:

• 5+ years of service with Army installation management and force structure systems (e.g., SAMAS, FMS, ATRRS, DEERS, RFMS
• Project Management Institute Professional with Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Advanced MS Office skills including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
