VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a full-time Senior Military Data Analyst to support an Army contract in Crystal City, VA.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will join a team of data analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis and research to support Government-Controlled housing inventory
• Review and provide data on proposed budget plans for Government Controlled Army Housing
• Assist in the review of installations Real Property Master Plans (RPMP) at all Army sites and provide technical support in the development of Housing Master Plans Reports
• Provide dedicated support to the customer by conducting data analysis on Army systems of record to include SMS BUILDER, ePRISMS, eMH, HQIIS, ISR, PAX and RPLANS
• Develop, reconcile, update, and maintain reports containing information to support high profile products including but not limited to information/white papers, senior leader briefings, Budget Estimate Submission (BES), the President’s Budget (PB) Justification Books, Army Strategic Readiness Assessment (ASRA), Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy, Installation & Environment Brief, Business Health Metric (BHM), Military Construction (MILCON) Staffer’s Brief, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Comptroller Brief, and Strategic Readiness Tenet (SRT)
• Perform analysis on data contained in the Army systems of record to identify anomalies and/or changes
• Perform unscheduled queries that will involve analysis of data from the Army systems of record and other data sources
• Review and conduct analysis of all Army systems of record to develop Army Master Plans
• Prepare executive briefs and meet with senior leadership

Basic Qualifications:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Master’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or Statistics
• 10+ years of experience in data statistics, real estate, economics, finance, or DoD related analytics
• Experience manipulating data and creating reports using multiple data sources
• Demonstrated research and analysis experience and skills
• Knowledge of DoD real estate laws, principles, practices, and markets.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) in a business office environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Access, Power BI, and Tableau
