VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking Construction Managers to work at various OCONUS positions to include Djibouti.

Position Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining assets
• Assist with drawdown operations
• Understanding and management of MILCON/Minor-MILCON/MPO
  • Project Scope
  • Schedule
  • Budget
  • Drafting and/or reviewing of project submittals, budgets, Independent Cost Estimates
  • Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statement of Work (SOW, Project oversight, Project quality assurance, submittal review
• Basic project planning and management
  • Creating, maintaining, presenting project briefing materials
  • Manage complete budget & schedules for entire project
  • observe work to provide accurate reporting & assurance customer is receiving specified outcomes
  • Evaluate quality of workmanship, safety, environmental concerns

Position Qualifications:

• Skills: Planning, Project Management; Time Management; Coordination; Written & Oral Communication and Team Building
• Application of building code requirements
• Reading of blueprints and schematics
• Practical understanding of various construction design and methods
• Knowledge of MS Project, BLUEPRINT (now ARCHIBUS) and MS Office

Qualifications/Experience

• Degree in construction, facilities, or related engineering or architectural discipline
  • Bachelor's + 10 years of relevant experience
  • Master's + 8 years of relevant experience
  • Project experience and technical certifications may sub education
• Understanding of construction, design, engineering and renovation
• Ability to analyze technical and cost submissions
• Experience in large building and/or utility infrastructure design and construction is ESSENTIAL
• PMP, CAPM, and/or DAWIA preferred
• Building Owners & Managers Institute (BOMI) certification preferred
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
