VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a Program Analyst II to support DISA customer located at Ft. Meade, MD. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company.
Requirements:
- Develop and distribute weekly IMS status and schedule variance reports.
- Coordinate, analyze, and monitor Critical Path inputs and maintain the Critical Path Analysis Report.
- Participate in and support Critical Path Meetings (CPMs), including preparation of briefings and status reports.
- Identify schedule risks, trigger dates, and critical path impacts, and communicate findings to Government stakeholders.
- Maintain a fully resource‑loaded IMS with thousands of tasks.
- Analyze proposed schedule changes and assess impacts to program execution.
- Perform weekly analysis of cost, schedule, risk, resources, and performance to identify tasks at risk (30/60/90‑day outlook).
- Support program and acquisition reviews, including QPRs, IBRs, PDRs, CDRs, and DAES briefings.
- Prepare and maintain IMS artifacts using DISA‑approved tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Project Server, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Identify and elevate program‑level and product‑level issues affecting the IMS.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years exp. in supporting DoD or other federal agencies or without a degree, 6+ yrs experience
- Proficient experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) MS Teams, and SharePoint.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees.
