VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a full-time Military Performance Management Analyst to support an Army contract in Crystal City, VA.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will join a team of data analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Review and edit oral and written ISR Program communications and deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and a common look and feel
• Assist in preparing briefings, training slides, and reports
• Facilitate ISR Community of Practice (CoP) sessions and lead stakeholders in the development of performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs) that assess installation performance against established standards

Basic Qualifications:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
• 3 years of experience in Performance Metric Development and Data Analysis with an Army Garrison Plans, Analysis, and Integration Office (PAIO), Headquarters G-3/5/7, or another DoD equivalent office
• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) in a business office environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
