VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Facility Requirements Analyst to support our customer in Fort Hood, Texas. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will provide the following support:

• Document annual RPLANS certification to IMCOM
• Maintain and validate current RPLANS data
• Identify and prioritize discrepancies and issues regarding the data that feed the RPLANS system (ASIP, FMS Web, GFEBs, HQIIS)
• Identify facility categories with imbalances
• Provide recommended actions to achieve a more accurate and balanced "TAB" Tabulation of Existing and Required Facilities

• Experience developing and entering requirement edits to the Army’s Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS)
• Experience using Army real property systems including: Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) US Army Force Management Support Agency (USAFMSA) Force Management System (FMS) General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Headquarters Installation Information System (HQIIS)
• Experience performing Requirements Analysis for Unit, Site, and Base Level Facilities
• Experience conducting TAB Management and RPLANS Support training.
