VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Program Data Analyst to support our PAE RAS Logistics customer in Washington, D.C. 

Responsibilities:

• Support and assist PAE RAS Surface and Undersea Logistics APM, PAPM and Logistics team respond to data calls 
• Support data management, analysis and visualization
• Build dashboards for logistics elements including maintenance, scheduling, training, funding, sparing supply support
• Prepare and update executive briefs, reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Tracking, providing status updates, and processing a wide variety of tasks to completion
• Create and manage SharePoint pages, lists and work flows
• Participate in meetings
• Work independently and with a team to effectively manage multiple tasks within a dynamic and fast-pace work environment
• Pay strict attention to detail, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Participate in team initiatives as needed, and take initiative to improve operations and office best practices within established guidelines

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• 1+ years of experience in a program data analyst role supporting DoD/Navy Program Management Office (PMO)
• Excel advance level experience (Pivot Tables, Lookup, Power Queries) to support data management, analysis and visualization
• Proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint and Power BI
• Must be proactive, work independently, and within a team environment
• Possess excellent communication to build effective working relationships with cross functional teams, stakeholders and across programs
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to manage conflicting priorities
• Active Secret Security Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a NAVSEA Logistics PMO
• Familiarity with Navy budgeting and cost analysis
• Experience using AI to improve and automate work flows and financial reporting processes 

Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees. This position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
