VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking an Agile Project Manager to support a NAVSEA Program Office. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite 1-2 days a week in Stafford, VA.

Responsibilities:

The Agile Project Manager will work in a Naval environment supporting both Navy and USMC projects, and provide agile project management support to the Platform Application Services (PAS) portfolio.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field AND 3 years of demonstrated experience in DoD/DON engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis, OR an Associates Degree AND 7 years of experience; 9 years of demonstrated experience in DoD/DON engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Experience as an agile project manager serving multiple teams and providing tasking and prioritization of actions
• Experience with Agile software project management tools including ServiceNow
• Knowledge of budget tracking and management and program management best practices within a DON and USMC setting
• Ability to support a product owner with addressing product backlogs
• Ability to proactively solve problems, address challenges, and offer comprehensive solutions
• Knowledge of Navy and USMC programs is preferred
• Experience with MS Office/MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
