Description

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a bilingual Housing Specialist to support a U.S. diplomatic housing program on a Department of State contract working overseas in Kraków, Poland.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

The ideal candidate will be able to successfully identify and secure residential properties, negotiate favorable lease terms, coordinate inspections, and oversee housing administration activities.

Responsibilities

  • Source apartments, townhomes, and detached residences
  • Negotiate lease agreements and landlord obligations
  • Coordinate security, safety, and facility inspections
  • Manage housing-related documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate maintenance and landlord response activities
  • Monitor lease compliance and property conditions
  • Facilitate move-in and move-out processes
  • Maintain strong relationships with local landlords and property managers

Basic Qualifications

  • Professional fluency in Polish and English
  • Knowledge of the Kraków rental market
  • Experience in residential leasing or relocation services
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

Desired Qualifications

  • Licensed Real Estate Agent, Property Manager, or equivalent professional certification
  • Experience supporting embassy, diplomatic, expatriate, relocation, or corporate housing programs
  • Familiarity with furnished housing, lease administration, and vendor management
  • Experience coordinating property inspections, maintenance activities, and landlord negotiations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
